SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

To USA

  • Shipping methods: USPS/GOFO
  • Shipping fee: Free shipping on subtotal over $19.99, otherwise $7.00

To International

  • Shipping methods: Alibaba Logistics
  • Shipping fee: Start from $5.00/$12.99/$15.99/$17.99/$29.99
  • Shipping available to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam

Please note: We do not ship to international P.O. Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). U.S. P.O. Box addresses are acceptable. For international orders, a valid physical street address is required for delivery.

Please be aware that we are currently unable to ship to some remote U.S. locations. If your address is not accepted at checkout, it indicates that we do not currently offer delivery to that area. 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days for domestic (US) orders, and within 2-5 business days for international orders.

Processing does not take place on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

To USA

  • Standard Shipping:3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping:3-5 business days(additional fees apply; please contact us via email for details)

To International

  • Standard Shipping:5-20 business days(varies by distance to warehouse)
  • Express Shipping:3-7 business days(additional fees apply; please contact us via email for details)

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Due to the holiday season, all international orders placed between February 13, 2026 and February 23, 2026 will be shipped by February 26, 2026. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

Friendly reminder: Should a package encounter customs clearance or delivery failure due to buyer-related reasons—such as duty refusal, unavailability for contact, or incorrect/incomplete address—any resulting costs will be borne by the buyer. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend double-checking your shipping information and keeping your contact methods accessible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at fowendiaofficial@fowendia.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.  We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

FORCE MAJEURE / UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event that order fulfillment or delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including but not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or global health crises—we will make every effort to notify you promptly via email. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates under such conditions, we will work to keep you informed and provide updates as the situation develops. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to discuss available options.

We reserve the right to update or change our shipping policy at any time.  Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
