Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products unless there are quality or shipping issues. We want to ensure that all customers receive products that meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Damaged/Incorrect Product and Shipping Issues

Please send us an email (fowendiaofficial@fowendia.com) with a photo of the damaged or incorrect lashes along with your order number, and we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund based on your preference. All items (excluding final sale items) are eligible for a refund or reshipment within 14 days of delivery.

Notes

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose.

If the products received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.

Please do not send returns to our original address. Once your return request is submitted and approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address via email. Please contact our customer service at fowendiaofficial@fowendia.com to get the return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-20 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at fowendiaofficial@fowendia.com.
