We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products unless there are quality or shipping issues. We want to ensure that all customers receive products that meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Please send us an email (fowendiaofficial@fowendia.com) with a photo of the damaged or incorrect lashes along with your order number, and we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund based on your preference. All items (excluding final sale items) are eligible for a refund or reshipment within 14 days of delivery.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose.
If the products received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.

Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
